Before cooperating, stating boundaries clearly is more responsible than arguing later. This piece states at once what we do and don't do.
What we do
- Cross-border cloud warehouse: dropshipping outbound to end consumers
- Prepped forwarding and labeling: bulk inbound, labeling/relabeling/consolidation, ship to platform warehouse
- WMS inventory and order fulfillment: visualization, integration, exception handling
What we explicitly don't do
- We don't replace carriers: we integrate last-mile but don't drive trucks or fly planes ourselves
- We don't replace tax agents: for VAT, customs, and tax, please use licensed agencies
- We don't replace platform operations: selection, ads, and store operations belong to the seller
Handing off what shouldn't be ours lets us do what should be ours well.
Stating boundaries isn't to deflect, but to align cooperation expectations — you know what to come to us for, and who to go to for the rest.
