Yunque Station Cross-border Warehouse: How We Do Inbound QC for Dropshipping

Inbound QC is not about nitpicking, but about pushing the chance of 'shipping wrong' to the minimum at the source — the first gate of our dropshipping flow.

Many sellers care "is it fast," but we care more "is it right." The dropshipping experience is often ruined by one mis-ship. Inbound QC is the first gate.

Check on arrival, don't rush to shelve

When goods arrive, first check count, outer-box marks, and SKU against the paperwork, confirm consistency with the advance notice, then move on. If counts don't match, log and report on the spot — not shelve first and fix later.

Outer-box and packaging inspection

Check whether the outer box is damaged and sealing is intact. For obviously damaged ones, open and re-check the contents to avoid passing the problem to the end consumer.

SKU sampling and filing

Sample the same batch, verify the physical item matches the system SKU, and create a traceable inventory record for each sellable item.

Ten minutes more on QC may save ten after-sales later.

This is not showing off, but treating "accuracy" as a daily discipline. For sellers it means fewer mis-ships and lower return rates.
