Which platforms do you connect with?

API-level integration with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Ozon, Daraz, Mercado Libre, Joom, Noon, Amazon, Yandex, AliExpress POP and Walmart, plus Shopify and WooCommerce stores. After authorizing your store, orders sync automatically, labels apply in one click, batches submit, and outbound weights return in real time.

How are fees calculated?

Storage, handling and last-mile freight, each itemized and billed per order. You can estimate freight first with the cost tool on the site.

Can orders be processed and delivered same-day?

Normal parcels that reach a Yunque warehouse before 17:00 are processed and sent to the official warehouse the same day; transfer warehouses sit next to platform official warehouses with multiple daily deliveries.

How is inventory synced to platforms?

One inventory pool feeds every channel you sell on, decrementing on sale to prevent overselling. The WMS supports multi-store authorization, auto purchasing, tracking-number backfill and unified multi-account management.

What about lost or mis-shipped orders and packaging?

Every order is verified and outbound includes parcel weight and label photos for fast response, with a compensation mechanism for lost or mis-shipped goods. Packing cuts dimensional weight at the source (vacuum compression, compact folding, matched cartons); free 15×18cm bubble bags and reinforced corrugated cartons reduce transit damage.

Do you handle returns?

Yes. We provide a standardized flow for returns receiving, QC and relisting so sellable stock returns quickly.

How do I log in and track progress?

Use the "Log in to Yunque WMS" link on the site to enter the WMS and see inventory, orders and tracking live.
