How We Handle Sellers' Returns and Resale

A return isn't just thrown away. Inspection grading, re-shelving, and data feedback each affect your real profit.

When a return comes back, many sellers' first reaction is "forget it." But to us, a return is recoverable profit.

Standard four steps

  1. Sign-in registration: record the return on warehouse entry, no loss, no mix
  2. Inspection grading: sellable / needs cleaning / needs repair / scrap, handled separately
  3. Re-shelving: clean sellable items back to sellable inventory
  4. Data feedback: return reasons flow back to the seller for selection review

Why grading

Without grading, good goods get cleared out cheaply together; with grading, sellable items recover cash fast, unsellable go to scrap or local disposal.

The detail of return handling directly decides how much you recover.

We don't "decide disposal for you," but hand you the grading result and disposal options, and you weigh by profit.
